Vincent Lozada

Chief Executive Officer

Vincent Lozada is Chief Executive Officer of Hummingbird Diagnostics. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the life sciences and technology industries, spanning R&D, finance, and business development.  

Before joining Hummingbird, Vince served as Chief Financial Officer at Harbinger Health, a U.S.-based diagnostics company focused on blood-based early cancer detection. In this role, he led the finance organization, including capital raising and investor relations, and helped lead the effort to build and scale operations, including the clinical lab. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles in investment banking, where he advised biotechnology and technology companies on mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and financings. 

Vince holds an M.B.A. with Honors from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers. He completed the Advanced Biosciences program at UC Berkeley Extension. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
